I'm Surafel — a self-taught full stack developer from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I build things on the web that solve real problems — whether that's a custom business website or a full web application your team runs daily.

Over the past few years I've delivered real systems for real clients: a full school management system with 8 role-based dashboards and a Flutter mobile app, a digital menu platform deployed across restaurants, a complete football club website with a payment system, a Telegram-based property finder bot, and several business websites built for speed and clean design.

I work best with clients who have a clear goal. If you can describe the problem, I can build the solution. I communicate clearly and honestly — if something won't work, I'll tell you upfront.

WBSS — School Management System

A full-stack school management platform built for a Sunday School organization. Features 8 role-based dashboards (admin, director, teacher, parent, student, etc.), attendance tracking with Ethiopian calendar integration, grade management, and student registration. Includes a companion Flutter mobile app with offline-first architecture — teachers can take attendance without internet and it syncs when back online.

Bdilela — Property Finder Bot

A bilingual (English/Amharic) Telegram bot for an Addis Ababa real estate broker. Users search and filter properties by type, location, and price — all inside Telegram. Features a full admin dashboard with workflow editor, lead management, broker management, and analytics. The bot handles automated responses, inline keyboards, and instant notifications.

Sirano Hotel — Hotel Website

A modern bilingual (English/Amharic) website for Sirano Hotel in Welkite, Ethiopia. Showcases rooms, restaurant menu, services, and facilities through a clean image gallery. Built with React and Next.js for fast page loads, deployed on Vercel. Fully responsive — looks sharp on phones since most visitors browse on mobile.

Digital Menu SaaS Platform

Daron — QR Code Digital Menu

A QR-code digital menu system deployed across multiple restaurants in Addis Ababa. Customers scan a QR code to view the full menu — no app needed. Features category filtering, search, favorites, bilingual support (English/Amharic), and an admin panel for restaurant owners to manage their menu in real time. Built as a multi-tenant platform.

Bulbula Amen FC — Football Club

A complete football club website with player profiles across age groups (U15, U17, Senior), team management, academy registration, and a payment system. Parents upload bank transfer screenshots for academy fees, which admins review and approve. Integrated a Telegram bot for payment notifications and club announcements. Bilingual (English/Amharic).

A branded deployment of the WBSS platform for Felege Kidusan Ethiopian Orthodox Sunday School. Features maroon/gold color scheme, full Amharic text support, program schedules, gallery, and registration. Uses a single-config rebranding system — same powerful backend, unique identity per school.
